In this video, I've done a follow-along with a lymphatic specialist, Dr. Perry Nickelston, to show you his Big 6 massage technique to support your detox pathways.
The lymphatic system is the body's trash pick-up system. There are various pick-up spots throughout the body which are called nodes.
In this 1-minute self-massage, you will be making sure the intersection is clear for the trash guys to make their rounds easily.
Once the main pick-up spots cleared, we speed up the system by pumping it. The lymph system has to be manually pumped by activities like
