Service Description
For the woman who wants to understand her patterns & mysteries, her purpose, and access her soul-level life to achieve her goals. This is different from other therapy, coaching and spiritual work because we combine body and mind techniques that are specifically designed to access your subconscious and highest self.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that by entering in to the Evolve container I will be charged weekly throughout the duration of the program. I have read and agree to the following policies: Cancellation Policy: Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings should they need to cancel. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Limited Liability : Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company and her agents and contractors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your participation in the Course or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Refund Policy: Clients’ happiness is of the utmost importance and Coach will do everything to create a positive, impactful experience. There will be no refunds offered once payment is made, but Coach may consider a partial refund where deemed appropriate. Coach reserves the right to cancel the Client and Coach partnership at any time and refund Client for services not rendered.
