Meet Your Retreat Leader
​

Your lead retreat facilitator and yoga instructor is Katie MacMullin, founder of Andara, certified Energy Medicine Yoga teacher in addition to 200-hour training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and a supplemental 25-hour Yin certification. Katie also has spent years as a practicing certified Reiki Master/Level III in the Usui lineage and a Biomagnetism Therapist with multiple advanced trainings, including a certified Emotion Protocol Practitioner. Her lifestyle practices are centered around Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine which encourage aligning with the seasons, elements, and embracing dualistic nature.

 

Most of her time is spent researching ancient and contemporary wellness techniques, practicing and refining yoga/movement, enjoying time connecting with new and old friends, exploring Nature, the world and beyond.

Where You'll Stay 

 

The Bartlett Village House is a cozy, inviting place to step out of the routine of your everyday life. Built in the late 19th-century in the charming town of Bartlett, this retreat home feels more like an intimate B&B that you can full relax into. The house itself is within the White Mountain National Forest with easy access to North Conway, Jackson, and the Crawford Notch, plus all the trails and natural wonders within the 790,000 acres of the National Forest. Every season offers new opportunities to experience the quiet beauty and outdoor adventures of New Hampshire. With 7 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this classic New England private home has a perfect balance of charming vintage-feel and modern amenities. More information on the BVH website here.
