Free yoga event on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 8-915 PM EST

We will begin by relaxing your physical body through gentle movement and restorative poses to prepare for Yoga Nidra, or yogi sleep, a deeply relaxing, guided meditation to help you drift off into a peaceful sleep...

Class will be held via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom link and passcode to the class 1 hour before class starts.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga blocks or books
  • Pillows or bolster
  • Blanket
  • Journal
  • Wear PJs/comfy clothes
  • Consider brushing your teeth/perform night routine ahead of time so you can go RIGHT to sleep following class :)

The recording will be sent to you the day after class and remain available for 30 days.
